Within the three 90-minute workshops, you’ll get a chance to work on your own project as well as look at some groundbreaking co-living projects from around the world.

The Regenerative Framework that will be used to explore co-living and collective living design is developed by the Regenesis Institute for Regenerative Practice. It focuses on six critical processes that enable living systems to flourish. We will explore real life projects using this Framework as a lens.ย 

meet your facilitator

Emmanuel Pauwels is a regenerative practitioner and co-founder of A Regenerative Place. He founded Green Living Projects in 2009 with a mission to generate positive impact through regenerative buildings.

As USGBC Faculty and a 2021 USGBC Leadership Award recipient, Emmanuel has led the certification of some of Spainโ€™s most prominent LEED projects. Originally from Belgium and now living in the Spanish Pyrenees, he transformed his medieval home, Cal Guerxo, into a net-positive and Europeโ€™s only Living Building Challenge-certified residence.
